Top Workplaces seeks to recognize employers who acknowledge their best asset: their employees.

This awards program celebrates the best companies in the Hampton Roads business community.

Top Companies in the region are selected based on an employee survey measuring key qualities such
as company leadership, compensation, training, workplace flexibility and diversity.

The winning companies will be recognized during a celebration event in their honor and will be featured in the Top Workplaces themed-edition of Inside Business, both in print and online.

Each year through our partners at Energage, employers are ranked based solely on scores generated by employee responses measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. This awards ceremony celebrates the best companies in the Hampton Roads business community.

On Friday, August 14, 2020, at 2:00 PM ET, we will announce and congratulate the 2020 winners. But the celebration doesn’t stop there. The live announcement will be followed by a Top Workplaces themed edition of Inside Business featuring profiles on all of the winners is publishing on Monday, August 17th, as well as on InsideBiz.com.
